How long does order preparation take?
Delivery time is preparation plus transit. The shipping policy lists 1–2 weeks of preparation, then transit. A fixed arrival date is not shown here because it changes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries, including France, Belgium and Switzerland. We do not ship to Ukraine. Free shipping has no minimum, except Iceland, Norway, Cyprus, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii, where express shipping is €100 per piece.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused, in its original packaging, with complete accessories. You pay return shipping. Custom items, accessories including bulbs, and 3 or more of the same item cannot be returned. Unshipped orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours.
Is there a warranty?
